I went to my old buildings album for this old house. Definately broken and run down, maybe even torn in places.

Now that's what I call broken, torn, and run down. A little roofing work will do wonders for this....and some other little odds and ends. Maybe Ty Pennington will do an extreme home makeover on it. Great shot!
